About this policy

Quran Academy India provides online one-to-one Quran learning for children and adults. This policy applies to information handled through this website and through communications that follow an enquiry.

Information we collect

The shared enquiry form may collect:

• Your Name
• whether the learner is a Child or Adult
• the Class Needed
• the Current Quran Level
• a WhatsApp Number
• an optional Message
• the source or page context of the enquiry
• the submission date and time
• the enquiry status and limited operational information needed to manage the enquiry

The enquiry form does not ask for an email address, a child’s name or a child’s exact age. If you contact Quran Academy India separately by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the information you choose to provide through that channel may also be handled so the academy can respond.

How we use information

Information may be used to:

• respond to enquiries
• arrange or discuss a Free Intro Class
• understand which Quran class may be relevant
• communicate using WhatsApp or other contact details you provide
• manage the enquiry inside WordPress
• provide and administer Quran classes if the learner proceeds
• prevent spam or abuse
• maintain website and security operations
• comply with applicable legal obligations

Enquiry storage and notifications

Valid enquiries are stored in the website’s private WordPress administration system. They can be accessed by authorised administrators who need the information to manage and respond to enquiries.

After an enquiry is stored, the website also attempts to send an email notification to info@quranacademyindia.com. If that notification fails, the stored enquiry remains available in WordPress for authorised administrators.

WhatsApp communications

If you submit a WhatsApp Number or choose the website’s WhatsApp contact option, Quran Academy India may use WhatsApp to respond and discuss the enquiry or classes. WhatsApp is operated by a third party, and its use is also subject to WhatsApp and Meta’s own privacy practices.

Google reCAPTCHA

The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 to help prevent spam and abuse. The CAPTCHA response is used to verify the submission and is not saved as part of the enquiry record. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Children’s enquiries

Quran Academy India provides classes for children, including children who may begin from approximately age 3–4 depending on readiness. The public enquiry form deliberately does not ask for the child’s name or exact age.

An enquiry concerning a child should be submitted by, or with the involvement and consent of, a parent or lawful guardian. The website is intended to help adults obtain information and arrange learning; it is not designed to collect information directly from very young children.

Cookies and functional technologies

The website may use essential or functional technologies needed for WordPress operation, form and session handling, security, and Google reCAPTCHA. This policy does not describe analytics or advertising cookies because no analytics or advertising system is currently part of the approved website setup.

How long information is retained

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including managing enquiries, providing services where applicable, resolving issues, and meeting legal or operational requirements.

Information that is no longer reasonably needed should be deleted or anonymised where appropriate. The website does not currently promise an automatic fixed deletion schedule.

Security

Quran Academy India uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against inappropriate access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet service can remove every security risk, so information should be shared thoughtfully.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when website functionality, the academy’s services or applicable legal requirements change. The editable “Last updated” date near the top of this Page indicates the version currently displayed.
