Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which visitors use quranacademyindia.com and enquire about or arrange online one-to-one Quran classes with Quran Academy India.

Last updated: August 2026

About these terms

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or the website’s operation. Enquiring through the website does not by itself create a paid-class arrangement.

Website and services

Quran Academy India provides online one-to-one Quran learning for children and adults through a team of tutors. Available classes currently include Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed and Hifz.

The website provides information about the academy, enquiry functionality and routes for discussing or arranging classes. Class suitability and arrangements may depend on the learner’s current level and needs.

Free Intro Class

One Free Intro Class is available. It lasts 30 minutes and is conducted one-to-one. Availability is subject to tutor availability.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a particular tutor, schedule or ongoing class slot. You can read more or enquire through the Free Intro Class Page.

Enrolment, fees and scheduling

Fees are shared after enquiry. Class timings are arranged according to learner preference and tutor availability. The applicable fees and scheduling arrangements should be communicated before paid classes begin.

General information is available on the Fees & Timings Page. Any specific arrangement discussed directly with Quran Academy India should be reviewed before enrolment or payment.

Child learners

Enquiries and enrolment for children should be made or authorised by a parent or lawful guardian. Children may begin from approximately age 3–4 depending on readiness.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing appropriate supervision where reasonably required for the child’s safe and suitable participation in an online class.

Online class requirements

Learners are generally responsible for having suitable internet access, a compatible device and a reasonably suitable environment for participating in the class. The teaching platform or connection details should be communicated as part of the class arrangements.

Respectful conduct

Learners, parents, guardians and tutors should communicate respectfully and behave appropriately during classes and related interactions. Quran Academy India may decline or stop providing classes where serious inappropriate, abusive or disruptive conduct occurs.

Learning progress

Learning progress varies between individuals. It may be affected by the learner’s starting level, consistency, practice, attendance and individual learning pace. Quran Academy India does not guarantee fluency, completion of memorisation, Tajweed mastery, a fixed completion time or a particular examination result.

Website content and intellectual property

Original website wording, design and materials created for Quran Academy India are protected as applicable. Visitors may use the website for ordinary personal informational purposes but should not reproduce or commercially exploit original website materials without permission.

This statement does not claim ownership of Quranic text itself, third-party material or third-party trademarks.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services, including WhatsApp and Google reCAPTCHA. Those services are operated independently and their own terms and privacy practices apply. Quran Academy India does not control every aspect of a third-party service.

Availability and changes

Website information may be corrected or updated, and class availability or timings may change. Technical interruptions may also occasionally affect access to the website or online classes. Quran Academy India will aim to communicate material class-arrangement changes reasonably where applicable.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements applicable to paid classes will be communicated before payment or enrolment and are subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
